All purchases on DUGHUB — including subscription plans and AI credit top-ups — are final. We do not offer refunds once a payment has been successfully processed. Please review your plan and credit package carefully before purchasing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to DUGHUB, including your remaining credits, until that date. No partial-period refunds are issued.
After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or become inactive. Your projects and canvas data are retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which they may be permanently deleted.
How to cancel
Go to your account settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
AI credits are a consumable resource deducted each time you use an AI feature (chat, image generation, remove background, upscale, and others). Credits are non-refundable once purchased, and unused credits do not carry over beyond your plan's validity period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If a technical error on our part results in a duplicate charge or an incorrect billing amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, issue a corrective refund or credit adjustment. We are not liable for errors caused by your bank, payment provider, or network.
For any billing concern, email contact@adgen.ai with the subject line “Billing dispute” and include your registered email address and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in account suspension.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
