Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

DUGHUB is a product of Gauge Advertising Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), incorporated in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service. By using DUGHUB, you agree to the practices described here.

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name and email address, provided through WorkOS authentication (Google or other OAuth providers). We do not store your password.
• Canvas content — your design files, generated images, and project data, stored on Vercel Blob Storage on your behalf.
• Usage data — credit consumption events, feature interactions, and session metadata used to provide and improve the Service.
• Payment information — billing is processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI credentials, or other payment instrument details on our servers.
• AI prompts & outputs — text prompts and resulting AI outputs may be transmitted to third-party AI API providers (see section 4) to fulfil your requests.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription and credit balance
• Send transactional emails (billing receipts, account notifications)
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorised access
• Analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve the Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

4. Third-party service providers

We work with the following third-party processors. Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations:

• WorkOS — handles user authentication and identity. Your login credentials are managed exclusively by WorkOS.
• Razorpay — processes all payments. Your financial data is subject to Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosts the application and stores canvas files via Vercel Blob. Infrastructure is located in regions governed by Vercel's DPA.
• AI API providers (Anthropic, and other providers integrated into the canvas) — receive prompts and return outputs. These providers may retain data per their own policies. We recommend not including sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
• Neon — provides the PostgreSQL database used to store account metadata, project records, and credit transactions.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records required for tax compliance). Canvas files stored on Vercel Blob are deleted when you delete the corresponding project.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email contact@adgen.ai with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication (managed by WorkOS). We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from signing in.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Governing law & contact

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
